Members of congregations of Barrington's churches and synagogue shared the service. They sang, they offered readings, they offered prayers, they enjoyed each other's company over coffee and pastries after the service.

Musical groups included the Presbyterian Church choir, the St. James Lutheran Church Praise Band, the St. Luke's Parish Adult Choir, and the Ruach Singers of Temple Habonim.
