Performance PT Opens New Office

Performance Physical Therapy opens a new Barrington office in the medical building on Maple Avenue.

Performance Physical Therapy has opened in a new location in Barrington.

The private-practice clinic has moved into office space in the medical arts building at 310 Maple Ave. The PT firm has been operating a separate office at the Barrington Medical Center on Wampanoag Trail.

Barrington resident Jennifer Reynolds is the clinic director. She holds a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Illinois.

Reynolds also has completed additional course work with the American Physical Therapy Association, particularly in the area of pelvic floor rehabilitation and obstetrical therapy. Before moving to Barrington, Reynolds practiced at Northwestern Memorial in Chicago. She is the secretary for the Rhode Island Special Interest Group in Women and Men’s Health.  

Performance Physical Therapy specializes in the spine, orthopedics, sports injuries and post-surgical conditions, according to Reynolds. In addition, specialty programs are offered in women’s health, occupational health, hand therapy including splinting, pediatrics, athletic training, arthritis, geriatrics, balance disorders, aquatics, and fitness and prevention programs

The clinic’s hours are daily from 7 am to 7 pm. You can make appointments within 24 to 48 hours to accommodate your needs, according to Reynolds.
