The free 12-week public classroom series on the Middle East, including its history, religious practices, arts, culture, economics and political developments, and presented by local scholars, continues at 7 pm in the Barrington library; today's session is on the history of modern Iraq.
Benefit the Warren Animal Shelter, used by Barrington for the care and treatment of stray dogs and cats, by taking a Zumba class at 426 Fitness, 426 Metacom Ave., at 7 pm.
