'Interactive Horticulture' at Senior Center
Two classes are offered on arranging flowers or you can sing, dance, play Scrabble or see a play.
Learn how to make a floral arrangement in an old metal bucket at the Barrington Senior Center, which hosts two interactive horticulture classes at 10 am and 1 pm. Call 247-1926 to register.
Not into flowers? Play Scrabble instead at the Senior Center at 10 am.
Maybe singing is your gig? Friday night is always ‘Open Mic Night’ at The Coffee Depot, 501 Main St., Warren, starting at 7 pm.
How about dancing? Nelia Lawton of Barrington offers ballroom and Latin dance lessons and hosts a social dance at the Democratic Club, 186 Roffee St., starting at 7 pm.
2nd Story Theatre, 28 Market St., Warren, offers “Master Class,” a play based on the life of opera diva Maria Callas, at 8 pm – the final summer play of the season.
