Six warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall during the week after Thanksgiving, Nov. 25 to Dec. 1.
Six warranty deeds that showed an exchange of properties from a seller to a buyer were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Nov. 25 to Dec. 1.
The deeds included a property that sold for a high of more than half a million dollars in a Nayatt neighborhood and a low of $185,000 in the Hampden Meadows neighborhood.
The other warranty deeds ranged from $241,500 to $447,000, giving you some idea of the price of Barrington properties in the current real estate market.
