Five warranty deeds that showed an exchange of properties from a seller to a buyer were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Aug. 26 to Sept. 2..
The deeds included one property that sold for a high of $805,000 and another property that sold for a low of $357,500.
The other warranty deeds ranged from $505,000 to $570,000, giving you some idea of the price of Barrington properties in the current real estate market.
