Houses SOLD: 5 Homes Change Hands
Five warranty deeds for properties that exchanged hands were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week.
Five warranty deeds that showed an exchange of properties from a seller to a buyer were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Oct. 21-27.
The deeds included a property that sold for a high of almost $600,000 in a Nayatt neighborhood and a low of $215,000 in the Holy Angels church neighborhood.
The other warranty deeds ranged from $220,000 to $390,000, giving you some idea of the price of Barrington properties in the current real estate market.

A question for Councilor's Speakman and Weymouth, the Housing Board of Trustees, and the Town Planning Board.
Above we have two nice examples of more affordable homes representing 40% of this weeks "Homes Sold" tally.
We routinely have a very large percentage in the affordable category begging the question - "what affordable housing problem".
