Five warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall during Christmas week for homes that changed owners.
Five warranty deeds that showed an exchange of properties from a seller to a buyer were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Dec. 23-29.
The deeds included homes that ranged from a high of $510,000 to a low of $175,000, giving you some idea of the price of Barrington properties in the current real estate market.
The homes are located in the Maple Avenue, Rumstick, Hampden Meadows and middle school neighborhoods.
