Houses SOLD: 5 Homes Change Hands

Five warranty deeds were recorded in Barrington Town Hall last week, including one for another affordable home at Walker Farm Lane.

Five warranty deeds that showed an exchange of properties from a seller to a buyer were recorded in the Town Hall last week, June 3-9.

The deeds showed that another home in the affordable housing complex off of County Road, Walker Farm Lane, was sold for $169,000.

The other warranty deeds ranged from $190,000 to $575,000, giving you some idea of the price of Barrington properties in the Primrose Hill, Maple Avenue and County Road neighborhoods.

Looks like two "affordable" houses sold. One specified as such, and the other, still affordable, but not marketed that way....147 Roffee, not marketable as affordable, but turns out to be....

You have identified what is supposed to be 52 County Road as 62 County Road. The picture is of the wrong house.
