Four warranty deeds for homes that changed hands were recorded in Barrington Town Hall last week, Dec. 30 to Jan 5.
The deeds show sale prices all the low end for homes in Barrington: from $190,000 for a condo to $240,000 for a single-family home. The houses are located in Maple Avenue, Primrose Hill and Bay Spring neighborhoods.
The prices can give you some idea of the market value of Barrington properties in the current real estate market if you are thinking about buying or selling a home.
