Warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Jan. 6-12, for three properties in three neighborhoods, including the Walker Farm Lane affordable housing development.
Three warranty deeds for homes were recorded in Barrington Town Hall last week, Jan 6-12.
The deeds show sale prices that range from a high of more than $700,000 for a waterfront in Hampen Meadows to a low of $202,000 for an "affordable" property in the Walker Farm Lane development. The third property is located near the Barrington/Riverside line.
The prices can give you some idea of the market value of Barrington properties in the current real estate market if you are thinking about buying or selling a home.
