Three warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week.
Only three warrantly deeds were recorded in the real estate records in Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 16-22.
Two of the deeds can give you some idea of what lower-priced properties in Town Center and Primrose Hill are selling for. The deeds showed a sale of $145,000 in Primrose Hill and a sale of $170,000 in Town Center.
The other deed indicated the transfer of another Primrose Hill property was a gift.
