Only two warranty deeds for homes that changed hands were recorded in Barrington Town Hall last week, Jan 13-19.
The deeds show sale prices $662,000 for a home in the Nayatt School neighborhood and $345,000 for a home in the Primrose Hill School neighborhood.
The prices can give you some idea of the market value of Barrington properties in the current real estate market if you are thinking about buying or selling a home.
