Houses SOLD: 11 Get New Owners
The final week of May showed a big jump in real estate transactions, according to the warranty deeds that were filed in Barrington Town Hall.
There was a big jump in home buying and selling in Barrington last week, May 27 to June 2.
Eleven warranty deeds for homes that changed hands were recorded in the Town Hall, including one for a $1.23 million property on Narragansett Bay and two other sales around $750,000.
The homes are located in just about all of Barrington's neighborhoods. The price range ran from a high of more than a million dollars to a low of $175,000.
