Houses SOLD: $1.85M Sale Among 6
Warranty deeded filed in the Barrington Town Hall last week show six homes changing hands, including another million-dollar property.
Six more properties, including a million-dollar Narragansett Bay-front home, changed hands in Barrington last week, according to the warranty deeds recorded in the Town Hall between July 1-6.
The million-dollar home's sale price was actually $1.85 million -- one of the highest-price home sales in Barrington this year.
The other five sales ranged in price from a high of $360,000 in Hampden Meadows to a low of $165,000 in Bay Spring.
The prices can give you some idea of the value of properties in Barrington if you are thinking of selling or buying a home.
