Forum on School Start Times Tonight
Learn to get your home in order; take Zumba class to benefit dogs and cats; play badminton; visit museum.
A community forum sponsored by the School Committee that addresses the issue of “Changing School Start Times: A Good Idea for Barrington?" takes place in the high school auditorium at 7 pm.
Professional organizer Lisa Griffith of Barrington, the owner of the firm The Organized Way, leads a free, one-hour workshop at noon on getting your home in order at the East Bay Chamber of Commerce, 16 Cutler St., Warren.
Benefit the Warren Animal Shelter, used by Barrington for the care and treatment of stray dogs and cats, by taking a Zumba class at 426 Fitness, 426 Metacom Ave., at 7 pm.
The Recreation Department’s badminton league plays at 7 pm in the Barrington Middle School gymnasium.
The Barrington Preservation Society Museum in the lower level of the library opens from 11 am to 3 pm, one of three days each week it opens for visitors to view its collections and exhibits.
