'Bluemead' Back on Planners' Agenda
The proposed Bluemead Farm subdivision in Rumstick is back on the agenda with an alternate plan up for review.
Here are five things you should know about today in Barrington:
- The Barrington Planning Board meets at 7 pm in the Council Chamber in Town Hall with the proposed Bluemead housing development in Rumstick back on the agenda with a revised, alternate plan.
- Take a look at the Barrington library’s Discovering Mysteries in Series Display in the fiction collection. All titles are "first books in the series" so you will never end up starting mid-way if you select a book from this exhibit.
- Love to knit? Join the Knitters Group at the Barrington Senior Center every Wednesday at 10 am.
- Triton Swimming holds group workouts at 5:30 am and 8:30 am at the East Providence Boys and Girls Club, 115 Williams Ave.
- St. James Lutheran Church, 49 Middle Highway, hosts a weekly Al Anon meeting for adults who were raised in alcoholic homes; it starts at 7 pm.
