Bands to Jam at 'White Church'
Concert for high school bands will benefit TAP-IN and the BAY Team.
The “White Church” hosts another concert featuring high school bands from 7-10 pm as a benefit for the TAP-IN community service and The BAY Team coalition against drug abuse. Tickets are $5.
Set aside some time on Saturday to review design plans for Latham Park in the Bay Spring neighborhood at 10 am in the Bay Spring Community Center, 170 Narragansett Ave.
Professional dancer Nelia Lawton teaches Latin and ballroom dancing for beginners at 7 pm at the Democratic Club, 186 Roffee St., followed by a social dance from 8 to 11 pm.
2nd Story Theatre presents another performance of the unusual courtroom drama, NUTS!, at the Old Bristol Statehouse, 240 High St., at 8 pm.
It’s “open mic” night at the Coffee Depot, 501 Main St., Warren, starting at 7 pm – a tobacco- and alcohol-free night of performances by local musicians.
