3 More Unlocked Vehicles Burglarized
Two homeowners in Hampden Meadows report to Barrington police that three vehicles were entered overnight last week.
Thefts from three more unlocked vehicles were reported to the Barrington police last Friday, Aug. 10.
The thefts came from vehicles parked in the driveways of homes on Deep Meadow and Baron roads in the Hampden Meadows area of town. The thefts are believed to have occurred overnight.
Two thefts were reported at the Deep Meadow Road home at 8:55 am by a woman, 36, who said two vehicles were entered. Reported stolen were an iPod and $50 in loose change, according to Barrington police.
The other theft at the Baron Road home was reported at 1:51 pm by a man, 48. He told police that a GPS system, sunglasses, and $30 in cash were stolen from the vehicle.
